I have received numerous calls from this company. Each time they use different names and phone numbers. They have identified them as "officers" and that a "financial" company is suing me. It is allegedly that I have an unpaid payday loan. They have middle-eastern accents. They have said they were Officer Williams, Michelle Williams and Steve Anderson, these are the few of many that I can remember. Generally, they call from a private number, today 11-11-10, Steve Anderson called from 919-450-0488. He ran down the same pitch as always and I told him, "send me the paperwork" and "don't call again. This Steve Anderson called right back and said there would be an investigator and the police coming to my house, and take me to jail. These people are very bold and continue to call.
