Ripoff took 279.00 out of my account promise to get 2 cards worth 5000.00 limit within 20 days its been 30 days

I signed up on internet to get some credit cards, they called me and said i would be able to get them but i had to pay a one time fee of 279.00. They would ship them within 20 days of recieveing the money by ups. I've called them up 3 times all you get is your call will be answered within 24 hours and they never call back. They said i, d have a master card, and a visa card with a limit of 5000.00 on each card.
