Tried to ripoff $45.00 I did not send it if it sounds too good to be true it usually is

I did not send the $45.00 because my husband says that if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. But a fews years ago I fell for a ripoff of $62.00 for some kind of real estate deal. The company would send me all the material to learn how to buy property that is in forecloseure, cheap, and then sell it for a big profit, also to find people that are owed money buy banks and or government agencies and get the money back for them and I would get a finders fee. It all turned out to be a lot of as you said before S*t.
