I contacted Mr. Mario Chacon at The Credit Exchange Company. (Phone: 800-810-3390 ext. 246) He is a fast talking person and conned me into sending $600.00 to Consumer Debt Solutions and they in turn set it up for me to send $524.00 per month to "Debt Free America" to resolve a Credit Card Debt. My only Income is Social Securty and I was informed by (Jody Barnstien Ph. 800-434-0143) a respectable company (J.B. Landis Co. Www.jblandis.com) who helps people with same problem, that the program Mario Chacon set me up on is for people earning $100,000. Per year.
She and my attorney (Elaine Williams here in Tucson) both told me I was ripped off. It ended up costing me $1,696.00 - $1,026.00 more than it should have and money I didn't have. Also Debt Free American debited my account for $524.00 when they were authorised only to debit it for $200.00 for the month of November.
