I have been in the debt consolidation with UFS for 3 years. The program was supposed to only last 3 years, and somehow is no further along than when I began. My credit card companies have not received payments in over 6 months now, however, my automatic payments to UFS have always been on time. I can not get in touch with anyone at UFS, and my concerns have gone unanswered. Now, 2 of my credit cards have withdrawn me from the program and I am to pay both cards in full by the end of the month. I have contacted UFS by fax, email and tried by phone and have not received a response. I am not sure if this company is a complete scam or if it's just super poor business practices. I would never recommend them and I am going to report them to the BBB and the State of Florida. I have never been so frustrated with any company in my life.
