The company www.bocacomm.com and www.tigermoonvc.com are the vehicles used by these scammers to extract front fees in excess of $60.000. The principals appoint brokers worldwide to deliver deals on the promise of commission. Once clients pay front fees, brokers are ignored and "dumped" only to learn that their clients have not been funded and brokers pick up not only the pieces but a tarnished reputation. The principal is Mr. Roy Antoine. Do not trust this man. He has 2 resumes, 2 identities.
