On 8/22/03, I received a notice stating that if I wanted to renew or continue my annual members benefits or call to cancel. I spoke with Operator #678 (Diane) to cancel because I never requested the service, I only wanted a free credit report, as advertised on television.
At 4:38 pm, she assured me that there would be no further action taken on my credit card, which was used in order to get a FREE credit report. However, on October 10, $79.95 was transacted against my VISA account. I have tried to contact the company to have this transaction reversed, to NO AVAIL. Please help!
