Mr. Barbee was contacted and he asked for and we submitted an application and produced all documentation requested by Mr. Barbee.
Upon receipt and review of this information, Mr. Barbee assured us by phone and email (we have dozens of emails to substantiate this fact and we also have a signed copy of the contract/escrow agreement) that as quickly as we could "wire" the first deposit to 'his recommended escrow company" that within 5 days we would recieve our funding.
Needless to say, today is 27 October and hundreds of emails and phone calls later, to which within the past few weeks Mr. Barbee has refused to communicate we have no loan and contrary to the written and signed agreement, Mr. Barbee withdrew the several thousand dollars of the first deposit to escrow.
