Saying i owe money and i dont and they sent me a letter dated oct 25th and said i had to report to richmond county court oct 7 read online they are fraud

Sent a supposed summons to report to richmond county court on oct 7th and it is dated oct 25th, never got any other letters from them and they sent 2 on this date i just received today by mail and they both have a different amount i owe saying i took money loan against a credit card i have no credit cards and i tried to call numerous times i get a recording?
