Instead of helping my credit, they are making it worse

We started using this company a year and a half ago, but for the past 9 months they have been not been getting payments out to our creditors. Every other month I am being inundated with calls from our creditors that our accounts are 35 or more days in arrears and in the process of being sent out to credit collections.
