We contacted United Financial services after doing a search through Google. They were the first agency listed. After several phone calls we decided to sign with them. The agreement was to pay $208 a month to them to send to our creditors. We have been paying them for over a year. I was contacted today from one of our creditors and they have not gotten any money since July. The beginning balance of that creditor was 1800 we still owe 1400 as of today. We have also paid off two of the creditors ourselves and UFS told us they would start sending more of the money to the only two creditors listed on the account. We are in more debt today then when we started and I just found out today.
