We approached this company believing they could help with a modification process. They ensure us they could do the job, and offered of course 100% money back guaranteed. Of $995.00. When we acquired HLP, they asked us to send all documentation, including court documents, notices, letter from the mortgage company. We abide to their request. We then received notice to vacant our property in 5 days. Prior to us sending the $995.00 we called and spoke to Josh a representative at HLP center. Left a message with Josh reading the notice to vacant our home. Once Josh received the message, he contacted us. Saying please do not vacant, this is a strategy to get you out the home. We still have time to modify the loan. You should proceed with the modification.
Well that advise was false, due to the fact the notice to vacant was as real as the $995.00 we sent HLP. The property had already been sold. Advising us to proceed, was the persistent to get our money for nothing, to rip us off. We needed the money back to move. Josh gave us the run around. Continue to call, no return calls from Josh or HLP. Seems at that point of trying to get my money back guaranteed was also a flop. Now phone number is disconnected, no web site available. Not only have we been swindled out of our home also out of $995.00. Our family has been devastated, hit left and right. Is there anyone out there who has a decent honest heart for those who struggle to understand how to create a legacy for their family. I don't believe their is. Its all about how much money can they cop, before they are found out. I'm glad im a strong person, otherwise I would have committed suicide. Losing my home, losing money, losing my family unit, is a lot to take in in just a 4 month time period.
