I considered Arturo a friend of mine. I knew him for many years. He had stated that his accounts were frozen, due to and IRS investation.
Arturo came to me under diress, stating that his mother was dying, and needed to fly to Mexico, leaving a wife and child at home. He needed money to help support them while he was in Mexico.
He came to me and said that his wife was dying and needed a kidney replacement and was at Stanford Hospital. And again came to me for thousands of dollars to help his wife.
He reassured me that money would be paid back from his numerous investment properties. He had signed a promisory note for $*, *.* To be paid back in full. After that date came & went. He signed a second promisory note to make payments. Starting July 1. As of this date no payments have ever been made.
With further investagation, I have found out that he owns no investment properties, and in infact completely broke.
He is continiously promissing to pay back and would make good on the note he had signed.
Beware because we have heard of other reports that he had done the same to many people out there.
