This is a vehicle hire company or at least a brokers for that type of business.
I needed a mini bus to take 10 kids to a party and back and shopped around to get the best deal. A1 national van hire looked like a good deal so I decided to go with them. I was quoted £125.99 right up to giving my card details when suddenly another £22.00 was banged on top. When I phoned to ask what this was they said it was VAT but at no point was this mentioned on the website AT ALL. Then, when I tried to cancel because I don't like hidden charges being snidely added on at the end no one got back to my email and when I phoned I had a long drawn out argument with an office boy which resulted in him telling me they had already taken the money out of my account (the trip isn't for over a week so that is another odd thing to have happened) and they would not return it all because I had cancelled, even though my reason for cancelling was perfectly valid they insisted they were going to keep 10% and it was tough luck. So I have come on here to warn others, be careful because in my opinion these people are just money grabbers they don't care about customer satisfaction.
