IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, CONTACT YOUR DEBIT / CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Get the item placed in 'dispute'. You will get a refund and your bank will 'chargeback' a1 national. I have contacted Watchdog. This is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with
