I had a sale representative from Summit Merchant Solutions come to our store and sign me up with their Master/Visa and Debit processing. Her name is Tracy Mcginnis, the name of her boss is Carlos.
Tracy Mcginnis, she is one of our hair client, and she had asked me to sign up Merchant service with her company and saving some money. It will lower than what I had. I agreed to sign up with her 2 years deal. 08 cents per transaction fee, 1.39% discount rate, and etc. While doing a contract with her, she has called her boss for some information I asked. Seem she didn't understanding whole process. I don't know she is a new or old sale representative
I had signed a contract on September 9th and suppose to receive my Merchant statement sometime at the end of September. I received a Merchant statement letter on October 13, It means, I had over 30 days from the day I signed up. I think this Summit merchant Solutions company do the delay for purpose. So the customer who sign with them can not cancel in 30 days and stuck with 3 years contract, pay higher fee or pay $495 for early cancellation. This is a trap and bunch of LIES!!!
Summit Merchant charged me higher rate than what I had signed up with a sale rep.
Now I don't know what to do and how to deal with this company. If I stay I'm gonna pay higher rate than what I had from previous Merchant. If I cancel a contract I have to pay for $495.
