The credit score is not free by any means. They took money out of my account. They said it was listed that I will be charged but I could not see anywhere that it said that. They told me the free part was from one report and instead somehow I ended up with the 3 credit reporting agencies and that they cannot refund my money. If it is stated when applying for the "FREE" report, it is done is such a way and is extremely confusing. I also was told I had 7 - 9 days to stop the so called membership. I was charged the very next day. I am so outraged at this. Free means free and there should have been an opportunity to pick just the one 'FREE" report. I did not see this and I am pretty savy when it comes to the internet. I am going to contact as many people as possible about this. It is such a ripoff!
