If they cant lower your rate they give you a plan with more than the minimum payment being paid to the highest balance and rate that you have. You can do that your self. If you try to ask for your money back they will tell you to wait for the Smart Savings Plan to see if they can save you that dollar amount of interest savings by paying more on card than your minium payment.
