Apr ripoff!

I have noticed that every month i get my bill my apr is the same but the amount that they are making me pay goes up. Last month was 17.04 and this month it's 17.36. This has been going on. I noticed it from the time they closed the card, company. I can't get a hold of anyone because the phone number isn't anyone but a computer. Write them a letter for what to get it thrown away?
