I have read several complaints about on this "Company" on the internet. I am only sorry that did not do my research earlier. Let me start by saying that the card services center is completley and totally incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I have been trying since Aug to get my refund. It is now Nov and I have been given empty guarantees and promises that the money would be refunded in 20 working days. If I was given the correct mailing address of the company it is as follows: P.O. Box 8010, Rolling Meadows, Ill 60008. I have spoken to a number of "agents" (Alex #8040, Hessie #3359, Larry #none given, Nanet # none given, Alicia #234, and Barbara #3236). None of these "agents" could/would give me the name or telephone number of their supervisor. I advise all who have experienced problems with this company to file a law suit in an effort to get our money back.
