I bought a house from Travis Peterson (on title it showsPlatinum investment group) in September. He was one of the guest speakers for Investment Summit heldby Gerald Rogers in Las Angeles, CA in August. He pitched the perfect pitch and YES its easier to scam aroomful of people than individually!
He pitched that all the houses will be fully rehab and readyto sell conditions. He saidwe would offer seller financing for the property.
- If the house is NOT rented within 3 months, hewill pay for the rent until theres a renter.- He would buy back the house within 1 year ifits not sold within a year. Well, its been 10 months and I have NOT COLLECTED APENNY! I just paid myproperty taxes and I know the 2nd installment is due!
