My name is Christoper Collins. I named in about an unauthorized cost to my consideration and sadly the very first person i talked with explained that their was nothing I really could do to be able to obtain a reimbursement and so I requested to consult with his supervisor he explained no on many events after requesting him about six-times he set me on-hold so when he returned he provided me twenty five percentage of my money-back I told him which wasnot adequate then he moved me to some woman (sorry did not get her title) after I talked with this particular young lady she was Really rude to me-she smashed all process as well as use profanity. I REPEATEDLY ASKED TO CONSULT WITH A and he or she declined to move me. I told the woman that obtaining twenty five percentage of my cash was not adequate i actually provided when she or even the organization provide me 50 percent of my money-back i was prepared to except that she explained no and after an hour or so about the telephone together with her i extended to request a supervisor she hung-up in my own experience.
