David Reiling's, profession is high up in Banking. To keep a Charter there must be morallity/integrity & it must elude out unto the community, customers, business, etc. Setting a high leadership standard for a safe & honest business atmosphere. Mr. Reiling is in breach of such, otherwise, worthyness? Willfully, allowing himself & others to commit Felonies, turns a blind eye & even, defends such, refuses to cooperate, is complicit with Felons? Instead threatens the victims like the MAFIA does? Refuses to report the Crimes to a COP or Judge which is Misprison of Felony, Title 18/4,5 years in Prison?
Mr. Reiling's Charter revoked puts all Customers millions of Monies, income, business at huge risk? Mr. Reiling, suspecting confrontation, slips around by using a disguise in womens atire & wig w / facial make up??? These are badges of GUILT? The association with Felons arises from Gladstone Construction/#280 Richfield School District's job where there was (admitted) bid rigging/payola with Cartier, the owner.
All refuse to tender the amounts due the victims on the job as they used that amount for payola/bid rigging, greed and out right theft. Negligence! Ommissions!
