Mr. Winter's performed an erronous authentication report which cost me $300. The assistant curator at the windsor castle print room verified it to me with a email. After finding that his conclusion was not backed by the windsor casthe staff in many ways. I asked for a refund of the $300 for authentication fee, $300 for the unperformed certification report fee and $200 for the unperformed apprasel fee. Mr. Winter called me a bad investor, a liar and many other things thru email but he totally avoids my calls and has yet to return a single call. His website claims worldwide locations and expertise and him and his secretary are the only ones that you might get a hold of until you pay them and they start to play games. This company has made me worry about doing bussiness over the internet and taugh me a very hard lesson. Nice website designs, expert claims, charming and promising phone calls at first but after money is collected you better watch out. Next time I'll do bussiness in person.
