My son who is 17 years old activated a card with my account number. He immediately called them and cancelled when I found out. They said that the cancellation was in their notes but it would take 48-72 hours to investigate. It has been over a week. When I have tried calling, I first got someone to answer and they said that their computer went down and hung up. When trying to call back I have been holding for nearly 55 minutes.
This is a SCAM COMPANY targeting minors and accessing their parents accounts.
