DON'T obtain a Belk card. CAVEAT EMPTOR: they've no method of following funds although electronic funds transfer. I created my cost through my lenderis (really trusted) online billpay support. Three months later I obtained a bill from Belk with late charges and warnings that I'd not compensated the prior month's statement. After I named customer support and offered them the day of the deal, the total amount, the EFT quantity, etc. They explained they'd "document a declaration" but that I had been accountable for spending the entire amount again because they don't have any method to monitor digital funds which come into them.

DON'T WORK WITH BELK. I have been patronizing them for 40 years also it stuns me just how much their customer support went down-hill in the last 5 years.
