Us legal lawfirm, harrassing and saying they are federal and i have been sued and will be arrested

This mid eastern guy keeps calling and harrassing me and my mother in law and they say that i have a settlement against me and am being taken to court and will go to jail because i refused to pay back an online loan which i never took out or received. They told my mother in law since she was a reference she will be in troulble as well and would be arrested.
