I would like to report a scam artist who is saying he works for ACS Legal and represents Pay Day Loans. His name is Mike Cobeland and his phone number is 626 380-0959. He has an Indian accent. He claims that my wife took out a loan from them and that she must appear in court on the next day. She admitted that she did fill out the online form but never submitted it. I think this is how they got her information. He said that she was notified by email 16 times would be arrested if she didn't pay them. She told him that papers must be served but not through email.
