Ocwen has terrorized my family. They have stole my husbands retirement funds. We were late a few times just like others. We were never months late just over 30 days well they added two months of payments together they added on all these late fees. We were told we could pay half/half.
Our mortgage by the way was New Century Mortgage. It was sold to Ocwen without our knowledge. The nightmares started. We paid one and a half payments and when the next month came we were due for two and a half payments. They added on all these late fees. They were trying to take our home anyway they could get us they did. They charged us over $11 thousand in payments and late fees there were only two months of payments the rest were attourney fees and who knows what else.
They ruined our credit they made harassing phone calls they still do they put a foreclosure on our credit which we were never served papers. Before this happened they would always call to update their files and would ask if my husband had a retirement plan if i knew how much he had cause they were planning on getting this money. Our monthly house payment is 500 more a month cause they have us on a forbearance plan. Can anyone tell me what to do who to call to help us so we keep our house please help my family. When is the court date for the class action suite that Mr. Hanson has filed. Please HELP Colorado
