Dear Mr Mandel,
In our conversations leading up to May 21, the day that I mailed $1,488.00 to you at Financial Associates, you told me that you would be there to help me find and close my first client, and that you would be using the $1,488.00 to buy a list of potential clients whom I could then call. Now you are telling me to go to work finding my first prospective client all by myself. You have given me no list or numbers or clients to call.
Also, nobody returned my calls or emails regarding questions I have about the Training Manual and the Process.
Would you please call me as soon as possible please??? There is a lot here that needs to be cleared up.

Mr. Mandel, I am giving you formal notice that since I have not obtained a satisfactory resolution of these concerns from you, and you have not responded to the above letter or the telephone message I left for you around the same time yesterday, I now demand a FULL and COMPLETE REFUND of the $1,488.00 delivered to you by Fedex Waybill # 872663716581, and signed for by an L. Jones at your office in Novi, Michigan on May 25 at 9:12 AM. The $1,488.00 was sent in the form of 2 United States Government Postal Money Orders, Serial #'s 17905935868 for $1,000.00 and Serial # 17905935870 for $488.00.
I am deeply hurt and disappointed at the way I have been treated ever since you received my money for what I thought was going to be a wonderful business opportunity. Since taking that money, you have repeatedly ignored my telephone calls and emails, and you have not followed up on my questions regarding the Training manual and process. On May 19th, you gave me what you said was your DIRECT LINE telephone number at 888-816-3309. Whereas before I sent you the money you would always return my calls and emails within minutes, now you do not return my calls at all.in short, you have reneged on your word about our doing business together, and you have taken $1,488.00 of my money.
Unless I receive an immediate refund of my money, I will take this matter up with Legal Counsel, the Better Business Bureau, the Press and Media, as well as any and all other remedies available to me. I sincerely hope all of that can be avoided, and you will do the RIGHT THING and IMMEDIATELY REFUND my $1,488.00 by Cashier's Check or US Government Money Order made out to myself and sent to me immediately.
