I want to tell you how Greg Parrish President of Corporate Care Building Services, has managed to embezzel money, screw me, and avoid paying the taxes to the Federal and State government on over two hundred thousand dollar. I started off working for Corporate Care as a special services contractor in 2007.By the middle of I rose to be the companies Vice President. I grew up poor as a kid, and the oportunity to make money the way I did, I felt like I owed this man all the praise and honor in the world. He even made me a partner, by offering me to get paid on percentage of profit instead of a salary. This is when the scam began. Greg had me not only use my personal name, but my business name, and he soon brought my girlfriend into the picture, and used her personal name and her business name. Gregs company was in financial trouble, and it was getting harder and harder for him to pay his people ontime. He could not afford to pay himself a salary at all. Here is where it gets thick. I was now getting paid on percentage of profit, instead of a salary. Well guess what, profits had fallen off as the company was loosing way more accounts then they were bringing in. I would actualy have to borrow money, personal money from Greg to pay my people, my equipment loan and my personal bills. Someties I would borrow 6,000.-7,000.00 at a time. He would add the extra money into my paycheck, but I would have to pay him back within that month. We did this for about two years. Well guess what? At the end of 2009 Greg Parrish 1099 me and my girlfriend for over 323,000. Now remember we are janitors in the janitorial business. You got to be cleaning some kind of toilets to make 323,000.00. He not only did this to me he messed up my girlfriend also. She did not know what the hell was going on, as she thought is was money earned for work. He was not only pushing off 6-7,000.00 per month that he didn't have to pay taxes on he was also getting 7,000.00-9,000.00 in cash per month from me. I never thought in a million years he would try to burn me though. We have sinced had to file bankruptcy. We cannot pay any of our bills, and we cannot even pay the people who work for us. They are quitting right and left and we have the worst name in the industry. We have asked him to make this right, and he ignores us thinking we don't have the balls to stand up for justice. We have reported Mr. Parrish to the IRS, The Georgia Dept of Revenue, and the Gwinnett authorities. He also has been known to offer to lay people off, but they still work for him at their same job, and in their same capacity, while they draw unemployment, and rip off the tax payers. Thank God for proper record keeping, because I kept ever business transaction we ever did with this company.
