I signed up for Real Estate Consulting with Mel Feller that cost $5350 with an initial downpayment of $2500 and then monthly payments of $150 until the remainder has been satisfied. I had 3 days to accept the contract which I did but never did receive an outline of the consulting services that were to be received during our weekly calls. The weekly calls were set up and 3 sessions were held. I was told to provide 24 hours notice if I needed to cancel a call. The last two sessions have not been held. Mel cancelled a session without providing ME 24 hours notice and after speaking to the Synergy Pro Consulting office staff, the next session was to be a call with the office staff and Mel to discuss my issues with the program and that session was not held nor did I receive a call prior to the session stating it would not be held. When my weekly sessions were scheduled I was told I would receive "homework" at every weekly session and that I would have to complete that homework and forward to my coach 48 hours in advance of my coaching session. To date, I have only received ONE assignment of homework. That was to document my goals. I am not paying someone to discuss my 5 year, 3 year, 1 year, etc goals. I will not pay for the discussion of my goals, nor for a program without a structured plan in place to providing "coaching". From what I have gathered in my research, the coaching Mel Feller provides has been available for some time now. Would there not have needed to be a coaching plan in place for Synergy Pro Consulting to take Mel Feller on as a client? That is just bad business on the part of Synergy Pro Consulting. I am willing to pay an agreed upon fee for the sessions held, but am not willing to pay for the services in full. I have requested that a coaching plan be sent to myself and have not received it. I spoke with a customer service person at Synergy Pro Consulting to have a 3-way call with Mel Feller to discuss such coaching plan. That call was scheduled the next day at my standard weekly coaching call time. That call never happened nor was I contacted that it would not happen. I called Synergy Pro Consulting on Thursday stating my scheduled session on Wednesday was not held as Mel never called me. I received a phone call two days later from The Coaching Office (Mel Feller's office) to schedule my next weekly call. No phone call was received from Synergy Pro Consulting. Synergy Pro Consulting and The Coaching Office (Mel Feller's office) ARE NOT satisfactorily providing me with the consulting, training, guidance, homework, nor a coaching plan as agreed upon in the contract. As I stated previously, I am willing to pay for the sessions held to date, at an agreed upon rate, but I WILL NOT fulfull the rest of the contract. The offices of Synergy Pro Consulting and The Coaching Office have not fulfilled their end of the contract which should have started with session #1. If they are not prepared to provide this services, then they should not be offering the service until ready to do so. That is what I agree upon when I signed up for this service. Not to be a guinea pig for the establishment of their program offering as they are clearly not prepared.
