My experience is no different then the ones already reported except for a few things. Michele mitchell does not answer her phone, she lies in every email, she has been locked out of her office because i went there and took the landlords sheet off the door that shows it. Her answer to the lockout was a bunch of bullshit and followed up by the fact that she suddenly had a car accident a few days earlier, which somehow was supposed to excuse her from calling me for the previous ten days before the accident as she promised. Her latest email told me wells fargo had chosen to not accept my refi which was ok except for the fact that all of the homes i own are owned by chase except for one which is owned by wachovia which is wells fargo and it is the one i am trying not to refi so she does not even know her information. I got suckered into this refi by another guy that worked for her named jeff he left the company but never had the consideration to call and tell me he left although at christmas time when he was scrounging for business he was more than happy to get all my info and my business. The few times i did get through by phone in the beginning of the process should of clued to this operation because between the people mentioned above and the two other complete idiots in the office one named kali who was probably the stupidest person i ever talked with on the phone and another complete phony named donna who was schooled in the michele mitchell school of tell them something then disappear act rounded out this circus. The great thing about all this for me is i only paid 100.00 for this nonsense and i am not really in a situation where i will ose my house although michelle thinks that is my situation even though she never met me. I happen to be friends with some politicians in my area so i could not care about he money or the bottom line but i promise to make sure the attorney generals office and anyone else i can contact makes their lives a little harder.
