Mailed payment 8/8. Payment due August 17th. You incurred a late fee on us of $39.95 because you didn't process it until August 19th - 11 days after payment was mailed. Don't blame the post office. You guys most likely and deliberately drag your feet processing mail so you can rip off the consumer for a late fee. You already collected money from the dentist where we incurred the expense. Why do you need to be so greedy. We're going to relate this info to the dentist and suggest he find another payment method for his customers.
