I'm Makesha Davis and I'm currently doing business with Drive Financial Services. I'm stationed here in Korea and I would pay my bill over the phone with a check. But, lately when I try calling, the number is disconnected and I can not get through. I then told my mom to take the money out of my account and do it from the phone back in the states. One of the representatives from the company would tell her that my payment is three payments behind, when she calls again it is alright and I'm back on schedule, yet the harrassing phone calls would continue. My problem is I would like a real address, so I can find out how much money I put on my car, how much is my balance, and how I can get out of it and get my money back.
