Stephane' Lambert And Stephane' Lambert, Fake Bonds, Con Artist Zurich

Stephane' Lambert born 1969 in Quebec Canada now residing in Zurich is running a fraudulent investment company known as Sails Capital SARL.

The scam is that he gets investors to give him money to set up bonds which he puts on clearstream.

Then he sends his victims phony letters of guarantees for millions of dollars stating that his bonds are the guarantee for the money he owes you.

Of course you will never get your money.

Working under the name Silene Investments, Lambert and his chohorts ripped of the Sentinel Fund for $20 million and is currently being sued in the Southern District of Florida Court.

He has been doing this for over 2 years and has victims in Miami, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angles, and many other states who have either given him money or have received bogus letters of guarantees.
