Chase telephone banking is very poorly organized

Pursuit phone bank is extremely badly structured. I really could not work out how to obtain the published dealings to be repeated. I acquired a person support consultant about the point and after dismissing my trouble as foolish he couldn't determine it out both. He set me on-hold 2 times to "study it". Anything then he explained to complete didn't function. I invested over 20 units about the telephone with him. He was inexperienced, but I can not observe how it's actually his problem. Obviously he'd not been educated about the program. Much more to the stage, it's no simple to understand program. Our customer support agent was George. I also understand his lastname.
