Workers comp carrier another workers comp SCREW JOB! 3 months since injury and still no compensation!

I was injured on the job feb. 22nd. I hurt my neck and left shoulder.
My employer sent me to their company doc and she took x-rays.
She said everything looked fine and i should return to work so i did.
But the pain got worse so i went see my doc.
She took x-rays and told me that the company doc lied about my injury.
So she sent me to take an MRI.
The MRI showed that i had disc damage and possibly nerve damage in shoulder.
Keep in mind that this happened in feb. And they havnt sent me a penny yet!
The doc. And specialist put me temporarily disabled and ordered some physical therapy for me.
But APPLE ADJUSTERS INC. Still wont pay for any thing!
Infact, my employer (PERFORMANCE CONTRACTORS INC.) tried to sweep this whole incident under the rug by laying me off and not reporting the injury to the refinery where it happened.
