SoftwareMillions cancelled services, still debted my checking account after cancellation until account was changed

After a year working the program and not getting any results, I decided to cancel the website and coaching (which wasn't all that great either). Two months after the cancellation I started seeing my checking account being debted like I never cancelled. Tried calling and Emailing to no avail. So finally I changed my checking account so they couldn't get any more money.
