Consumers Beware! Dont pay your bill in full, they dont know how to handle it

Consumer Beware! If you pay your bills in full companies like this do not know how to handle giving their customers their money through their credit lines. If you pay your minimum and then pay your card off, they will unbeknownst to the consumer hold your money for up to 15 days after processing. They also do not know how to keep their website data and records of payments in order. I paid 467.00 on my account after paying for months the minimum, never allowing my account to go over the limits, and always paying my bills on time. But when I need to use the card for something rather important they have left me in an embarassing situation. Dont be pulled into this companys game of playing with your money! I closed my account with a zero balance, and a 1000.00 credit line. Its a pitty the company doesnt know how to service its customers in an orderly fashion. It is even more of a pitty I am having to report this through a site of this nature, because now I am sure there will be pleanty of people who will see this and question their decsions on conducting business with this business. Their interest rates are astronomical, their fees are rediculous, and their customer service is pathetic and useless. Dont waste your money, your time, your credit by doing business with Merrick Bank.
