Olympus - Fairbanks Capital ripoff, Utah

I bought a home back in 1999, after few months they sold my loan to Calmco then few months later solded it again to Olympus, then I started getting notices of delinquent payments, late taxes and insurance added to my account.

I wrote literally more letters, every correspondence from those companies was that they would look into to it in 60 days, another 60 days would go by and nothing would get resolved, 3 years went by, they placed my loan in foreclosure twice and added all kind of fees for insurance, cash advances, taxes and payments behind, that I proved over and over that was paid!

Last July I sold my house, Fairbanks kept $10,000.00 of my proceeds!

I have hired an attorney trying to recouperate my $10,000.00!!

I have reported those companies to the DA in UTAH, I'm waiting for a response, I'm also opening a law suit in California. I have learned that Florida and California has opened Class Suits Action against Fairbanks as well.

By now, my credit shows delinquent payments, foreclosures and I'm out of $10,000.00!!
