Gary Lowe & Paul Morgan They promised me a secured personal loan but it required security deposit. When I sent the security deposit, they said the investor willing to give me a loan backed out. I never got my deposit back on

I never got the secured personal loan I was promised. They got the money that they said was a security deposit. On the day my loan was supposed to be funded they said that the investor backed out. I demanded for my money back and the said that I was going to get it back in 3 weeks. I never got it back. When I called on the day they promised I was gonna get my money back, the phone#/website were no longer working.
