Ripoff If you get charged, call them and tell them it was wrong, they CAN reverse it if they wanted to!

I too was tricked into ordering my free credit report that cost me $79.95. I called up 5 days after my account was charged and told them I was charged for a free credit report. The customer service man told me that after 30 days of getting the free report, If I don't call back to cancel, then I automatically sign up and am charged for the yearly membership.

I told him I wanted to cancel, he tried to talk me out of it and said that I had 30 days to cancel after the date of being charged and I should take advantage of those days and call back right before Nov. 12th to cancel. I told him no way because I did not intend to sign up and I would forget, then be stuck with the charge.

He tried to talk me into it saying I'd get daily emails, daily updates, any red flags on my credit would be emailed to me. I told him I'd technically had the memebership for 5 days now and have not gotten 1 email from them. I want to cancel, so he processed the cancellation and SAID I'd get full refund in 7-10 days as well as a 48hr confirmation. We'll see. So if you get charged, call them and tell them it was wrong, they CAN reverse it!
