MBF Leasing, LLC And Merchant Services
Merchant services. Got screwd out of $7,000! Still calling to get more! I want to sue!

In 2006 guy came out. I signed a 3 year, of what i thought was a "lease to own." that's what the guy said from Merchant Services. ($167 a month) The wireless credit card machines (3 total) did not work wireless! Had to plug into a phone line to work. Tried calling the guy. They gave me mbf's #. Mbf said that it was Merchant Services responsibility. So back and forth I went till I got so pissed I gave up and threw the machines into the closet. I just entered the number's manual on the machine in the office every day (at a higher price of course) They continued to debit my account for 3 years! Well, I had forgotten about it. Even after the lease was up they charged me. For 7 months!
I ended up closing my bank account for them to stop. Now i get a letter stating i owe them 300 more? Wtf? My "so called lease" they faxed me over had my signature (sort of -wasn't mine) but looked like it. They also have 3 other pages attached to the front page they say i signed with the "lease terms" (no initials on the additional pages). The lease terms say to send the equipment to the address on the front page of the lease. (16w281 west 83rd st. Bur Ridge, IL. 60527) So when I call the number in the letter they sent to verify the shipping address, they say to send it to New York? The letterhead they sent the letter with has the same address as the New York shipping address but a different floor? The ship address is 15th floor. The letterhead address is the 14th floor. So I call back to double check and "who will be signing for the package', i asked. He said, "Just anybody can sign for it but to be sure and have the lease # on the box along with the check for the amount due inside.

I'm gonna send them a box of dog sh*t and have them sign for it. I'll get my signature saying they signed for my package I sent them. (According to these complaints they claim they don't "receive" the equipment anyways after you sent it.) So then they can try to sue me in court for the $300 I guess.
Oh ya, they also got yet another address in the letter they sent me to "remit payment to" Po box 1027 Sioux Falls, SD 57101-1027. I'm gonna send a letter to each address saying that I sent the machines in to New York but will not be paying anymore money. I'll let you know what happens (if anything) I aint worried about bein' sued. Been there - done that. The court system is a joke. Besides, these con artist don't want to go to court. I'm a contractor and I know contract law. They don't have a contract. They have a clever forgery. Besides, any additional "pages" a.K.A. "lease terms" must be initialed by both parties involved in order to be included into the contract and be valid. Mine obviously wasn't. These guys are smart -but not that smart. My lazy-ness cost me $7,000.00 total over 3 years and 7 months. I should have closed my account when the machines arrived and didn't work but I was so busy making money and running a business you lose track of time and interest in dealing it. I aint wasting no money on no lawyer to get my money back — that's for sure! They are worse than the cons! If a lawyer wants to take on contingency then. Ok. But if they don't take it on contingency, you aint got a case. They are scaming you. Never pay a lawyer directly to sue somebody. (I learned that lesson ($100,000.00 later) on an unrelated matter —the hard way! Only justice your gonna get is what you get yourself. The system is rigged! I'll keep ya posted. & l8r
