Over the 20 years we have been dealing with this company - we have had nothing but rude and very unhelpful people when trying to resolve issues with this company. We had a loan with them for our mobile home and it was complete in August of however - we were sent a notice that our loan was in default because we still owed over 5,000. When I contacted them - at first they couldn't tell me WHY we still owed that much money-even though I had the contract in front of me and NOWHERE on any of the statements did it ever say anything on anyone of them about fees or anything else... They claimed it was interest on late payment fees or something. We tried and tried to resolve it - even coming up with a proposal for a settlement - which they denied. I called today for a payoff amount and the VERY rude person - took ALL my information-including my husband’s social security number and then would NOT give me the pay off amount - saying he would only speak to my husband. What kind of company is this? They are very underhanded in the way they conduct business and I will never ever recommend them or sue them again. I have made countless calls to this company, talked to many different people and it always the same thing - very rude, nonhelpful, disrespectful people. What kind of comapny is this that would hire such rude people. DO NOT USE THIS LOAN COMPANY - you will be as sorry as we are.
