NFS used to be custodian of some stock I owned, and they refuse to release custodian rights and will not call back

This National Financal Services refuses to release some stock that they where custodian of They sent me the stock paper but will not release them I've called many times and get the run around I feel like an Enron custmer the only Difference is this company is still rippen people off Peter B @comcast.net
