The Frist National Bank In Brookings
The credit card scham

I went on the web to apply for a credit card,
i have had bad credit in the past.

I filled out a form and recived a credit card {visa} from the frist
national bank in brookins. The only info that came with the card
was (a lay out the welcome mat) and info into all the many ways i
can use the card.

Nothing was said about a 199.00 processing fee or 149.00 account
setup fee brookings sd. And the 19.80% that i have to pay on theseso
called fees of (349.00). My limit was for 375.00. I used the card
not knowing i only had a 26.00 credit limit. Now the bank wants
25.00 for over charges i have all paper work and phone numbers of
people that are of no help (1-800-658-3660).

I was informed today (5/17/99) that i had to pay the fees. I no
longer have the card.
