This is another shady mortgage company. I have been in the industry for years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had working in the industry. They promoted Buy, or Die sales tactics in meetings, and we were told if we couldnt get a commitment from a client to pay for an appraisal in 3 days that we were to turn down the files. Future employees be wary, you will put in countless hours and wont be paid for them, you will be micro managed down to your bathroom breaks. Future customers, if your looking for a good mortgage company, try your current bank, they can do it with far fewer costs and in a lot less time.
