They say that you signed up for these services and they sent me out an email confirmation, which you both know that you have not recieved. They tell you to go online and request a refund, which they will not approve. I managed to receive a refund, when they realized they were not dealing with an idiot. Uclipusave stated I could not recieve a refund. I asked to a speak to a supervisor, they told me to call back in 3-5 minutes. She also stated that the supervisor will tell me the same thing, that there are no refunds allowed. So I kept the customer service agnet on the phone for 5 minutes by interrogating her. She could not answer any of my questions. After 5 minutes I told her its has been 5 minutes now let me speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a supervisor, I told her that I will be going to my bank and going to the police to press charges. I told both companies that I will be pressing charges against them and all of a sudden I was approved for a refund and I recieved my refund in less than 2 days.
