This company claims that each person signs up for their "service" through an online cash advance search engine - in this case - Money Mutual, which is nationally advertised. The company also claims that the terms and conditions are clearly outlined when a person is applying for a payday cash advance... That each person has a trial period of 10 days to use this grocery coupon service that we supposedly enrolled in and authorized bank withdrawals by their company from.
Now seriously, folks, when someone is searching for a little extra cash, who wants or needs a grocery coupon service that costs extra money and will be deducted from our accounts??? Like we can afford extra withdrawals if we are searching for some extra cash for an emergency!..
The only way I knew I was enrolled in this service was through a charge on my bank account. I immediately called and canceled, but because I did not cancel during their trial period, I could not obtain a refund.
Please be wary of Money Mutual and check your bank accounts daily.
